download and run ExterminateItSetup and allow to install
uncheck "Run Exterminat!"
Click finish
Download and run ExterminateIt.sfx
click install
click "answer yes to all"
copy this serial number (Select using you mouse then right click on it and left click on copy)

open exterminate it!
Answer "no" to the update
Click "activate"
right click in the activation windows and then left click on paste
Click activate and then ok
Click update then update again
It then updates and then restarts
You may now scan and everything should be fine from that moment on.
